DESCRIPTION:Eng­lish Version\nYAYA Work­shop with Shahed Mass­je­di und Gîn Bali \nWe are not safe.\nThe rea­li­ties of life of peo­p­le from sup­po­sedly simi­lar or iden­ti­cal com­mu­ni­ties are so dif­fe­rent that out­si­ders often do not perceive.\nWe would like to share our very dif­fe­rent per­spec­ti­ves on our cir­cum­s­tances as non-white peo­p­le in a white majo­ri­ty socie­ty in a safer space frame­work and exch­an­ge expe­ri­en­ces with you.\nWhat are dif­fe­ren­ces among us non-white, non-cis male bodies?\nWhat are the dif­fe­rent pri­vi­le­ges we deal with and how can they chan­ge over time?\nFor us as work­shop lea­ders, it is espe­ci­al­ly important to crea­te a space whe­re we can talk about our dif­fe­ren­ces. From our per­spec­ti­ve, too many situa­tions ari­se in sup­po­sedly safer spaces that the­re is no space to talk about. But even in the­se spaces, which are now tho­rough­ly com­mer­cia­li­sed, abu­se and much inju­s­ti­ce takes place. We are not the same and thats ok. But plea­se lets talk about it!\nThis work­shop is for peo­p­le who don’t iden­ti­fy as white and are not cis male.\nDeut­sche Version\nYAYA Work­shop mit Shahed Mass­je­di und Gîn Bali \nWe are not safe.\nLebens­rea­li­tä­ten von Per­so­nen aus ver­meint­lich ähn­li­chen oder glei­chen Com­mu­ni­ties sind so unter­schied­lich, wie Außen­ste­hen­de oft nicht wahr­neh­men. Unse­re sehr ver­schie­de­nen Per­spek­ti­ven auf unse­re Lebens­um­stän­de als nicht wei­ße Per­so­nen in einer wei­ßen Mehr­heits­ge­sell­schaft möch­ten wir in einem safer space Rah­men ein­brin­gen, tei­len und mit euch in einen Erfah­rungs­aus­tausch für uns.\nWas sind Unter­schie­de unter uns nicht wei­ßen, nicht cis männ­li­chen Kör­pern? Mit wel­chen ver­schie­de­nen Pri­vi­le­gi­en haben wir es zu tun und wie kön­nen sich die im Lau­fe der Zeit verändern?\nUns als Work­shop­lei­tung ist beson­ders wich­tig, einen Raum zu schaf­fen, in dem wir über unse­re Unter­schie­de spre­chen kön­nen. Aus unse­rer Per­spek­ti­ve ent­ste­hen zu vie­le Situa­tio­nen in ver­meint­li­chen safer spaces, über die kein Raum ist zu spre­chen. Aber auch in die­sen Spaces, die mitt­ler­wei­le durch­kom­mer­zia­li­siert wer­den, fin­det abu­se und viel Unrecht statt. We are not the same and thats ok.
